PRIMARY LEVEL

Primary level is a place where students from grades 1 to 6 come to play and learn in a warm and friendly environment. We use the Cambridge International Curriculum as a framework and the National Curriculum to implement the Blended Curriculum. Sophos School Indonesia Primary Level has been accredited by the Badan Akreditasi Nasional Sekolah with the SPK Accreditation. In addition, Cambridge Assessment International Education has authorized us as a Center School with ID number 294.

The Cambridge framework includes curricula for English as a Second Language, Mathematics, and Science. The Cambridge International Curriculum establishes a global educational standard. Cambridge students develop an informed curiosity as well as a lifelong love of learning. They also gain the essential skills for success at university and in their future careers. Students are encouraged to have a deep understanding of knowledge and to apply it in their daily lives through the blended curriculum.

The student learning journey is designed to be a challenging program that encourages students to be more assertive when dealing with conceptual problems and real-world situations. Meanwhile, the curriculum aims to broaden students’ knowledge and understanding, assist them in reflecting on the nature of knowledge, and implement community service programs.
